Cheese Manicotti Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
5 ½ ounces manicotti pasta, cooked according to package directions
1 pint ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
16 ounces marinara sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to 350°F.
In bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour ½ cup marinara sauce into bottom of 11×17-inch baking dish. Stuff each manicotti shell with 3 tablespoons cheese mixture and arrange over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top of shells. sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
