INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cup breadcrumbs
⅓ cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
5 ounces cubed cheddar cheese
10 pitted prunes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, grated

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
5 ounces cubed cheddar cheese
10 pitted prunes
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray.
In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion, carrot and garlic in oil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool.
In large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, milk, egg, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix in cooled onion mixture. Crumble turkey over mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in cubed cheese. Pack ½ of the mixture into prepared loaf pan. Arrange prunes in a line down center of loaf. Pack remaining turkey mixture over prunes.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 165°F. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
