JENNIE-O® ROOTS AND RECIPES OFFER (“Offer”)

OFFER PERIOD: Offer begins at 12:00:00 AM midnight Central Time (“CT”) on November 5, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 31, 2025, or while supplies last, whichever is sooner (“Offer Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Offer open to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, MyHeritage Ltd. (“MyHeritage”) and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (“Promotion Parties”) involved in the administration of this Offer, and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to participate and receive Offer.

OFFER: Offer will be issued as a code valid for free three (3) month access to a MyHeritage Family Tree subscription (“Offer”). (This Offer is only available to NEW MyHeritage users; no existing users can utilize the Offer. Code must be redeemed at MyHeritage.com by 1/7/26. This code will provide for three months free of a Family Tree subscription). Approximate Retail Value of Offer: $30. There are 5,000 Offers available. Once the 5,000 Offers are exhausted, or at 11:59:59 p.m. ET 12/31/25 (whichever comes first) no more Offers can be issued.

HOW TO RECEIVE AN OFFER: To receive an Offer:

1) Take a digital picture of the receipt from your purchase of any JENNIE-O® Fully Cooked Whole Turkey, JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Whole Turkey, JENNIE-O® Fresh Whole Turkey, or JENNIE-O® Frozen Whole Turkey purchased during the Offer Period, or save an electronic image of the receipt (“Qualifying Purchase Receipt”). The Qualifying Purchase Receipt must show the JENNIE-O® Whole Turkey purchase, the store name and the purchase date to be valid.

2) Go to JENNIEORootsAndRecipes.com (the “website”).

3) Follow the prompts for uploading an image of your Qualifying Purchase Receipt (a “Submittal”). You will also be required to provide your First & Last Name, email, phone number date of birth to submit for an Offer. All Submittals must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 12/31/25. A Qualifying Purchase Receipt image may only be used once.

4) Within 72 hours of submitting, verified submissions will receive a notification via email with a link to sign-up for a free MyHeritage account and a unique promo code. No credit card information required.

5) After completing the sign-up, email RootsandRecipes@MyHeritage.com to request your account to be upgraded to 3 months free as part of the Jennie-O promotion, and include your unique promo code from the previous notification email.

6) You’ll be upgraded to 3 months free Complete account within the MyHeritage platform within 7-10 days. (This Offer is valid for a 3-month subscription only. Any additional subscriptions or products can be purchased via MyHeritage.com at any time.) After the 3 months free period, the account will revert to being a Basic account on MyHeritage.

Limit of one (1) submittal per receipt and one (1) Offer per person/email throughout the Offer Period.

Submittals that appear to duplicate any other submittals, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be void and only the first submittal (based on time/date) will be considered for the Offer. Submittals generated by script, macro or other automated means or in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a person, participant will be deemed the individual named on the email account provided with the submittal, and such individual must meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein, submittal will be void. Your submittal constitutes your representation of eligibility, consent to participate in offer and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, email address, and other information for the purpose of offer administration.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Sponsor and the Promotion Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Submittal information or late, lost, misplaced, filtered, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete or misdirected Submittals or Submittals received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software, or issues with promo code processing or MyHeritage account access; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the submittal process or the issuing of Offer codes; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors, which may occur in the offer or administration of the Offer or the processing of Submittals; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to participant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Offer, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from any Promotion Party’s website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by a Promotion Party or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to a Promotion Party’s websites by a hypertext link.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Offer and redeeming an Offer code, participants agree (a) to release Sponsor and the Promotion Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participation in the Offer; (b) to hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting an Offer, recipients agree that the Sponsor and Promotion Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participant against, any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Offer or from acceptance, possession, or use of the Offer.

GENERAL: All information submitted online by participant is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy accessible at: https://www.hormelfoods.com/privacy-policy/. Participants who redeem the MyHeritage offer will also be subject to MyHeritage’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available here: https://www.myheritage.com/terms-and-conditions, https://www.myheritage.com/privacy-policy. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless the Parties, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and/or advertising or promotion agencies, individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of this Offer, against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If electing to participate in the Offer using a wireless device, participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Offer or downloading materials from or use of the Website. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or terminate the Offer.
